If you contact another company to apply for life or long term care insurance or make a claim, the MIB may supply that company with the information it has in its files.

We require that non-affiliated persons or companies use your personal information only to perform their function, and to keep such information confidential. They are not permitted to use your personal information for their own marketing purposes.
After your business relationship with us has ended, we may share your information with your agent or broker, or as permitted or required by law.
